Usage: Orlistat Stops the absorption of lipids by blocking lipase, an enzyme that breaks down fats during digestion. This undigested fat is then passed out of the body in the stool. Orlistat does not block the absorption of calories from sugar and other non-fat foods, So restricting calories can result in phenomenal fat loss.

The recommended dosage is 120mg twice or thrice every day with major meals.
